Choose the most convenient way to submit your Commitment response:

1. In Person:   Complete the form on your device, and print the second page.
   Bring your form to the parish Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), or on the weekends when you come for Mass. There is a labelled receptacle in the gathering space. You are also welcome to bring it to the office during office hours.
2. By Email:    Complete the form on your device, then save the form to your device's files. Reopen the file from your device, click the EMAIL button on the form. This will open your default email app and attach the form to an email message for you. If you have any comments or questions, you can provide this in the body of the email before clicking "Send".

If all else fails, we invite you to pick up a copy of the Commitment form at the parish to submit in person.
