Returning to Mass

  • In order to return to our Eucharistic celebrations, we must maintain the health and safety of everyone by following the protocols outlined by the Government of Alberta and the Catholic Bishops of Alberta.
  • Anyone who has even the slightest symptoms of sickness must remain home.  
  • Everyone coming to Mass will be screened each day prior to entering the Church.
  • People over 65 or who have a chronic medical condition are discouraged from attending at this time.  Dispensation from the Sunday Mass obligation remains in place.
  • Sunday Mass will continue to be live streamed at 11:30 am. 
  • The Church will be open Monday to Friday 8:00 am - noon.
  • The Adoration Chapel remains closed.
  • Reservations are not required to attend the 9 am Weekday Mass. Your name and contact information will be recorded when you arrive.
  • Participation in the Weekend Mass is by reservation only. Go to the "OnLine Registration" page to register to attend Mass. Those who do not have access to the internet may still phone in a reservation to the Parish Office: (780) 466-7576. Phone reservations must be made by Friday noon.
  • Reservation verification and screening begins 30 minutes prior to each Mass and the doors of the church are locked 5 minutes before the Mass begins.
  • All are expected to wear a non-medical mask. It covers both your mouth and nose.
  • An Usher will escort you to your pew. Remain there for the duration of the Mass.
  • Maintain a physical distance of at least 2 metres from people from other households
  • Cleanse your hands and maintain excellent hygiene etiquette at all times.
  • Children must remain with their parents at all times.
  • Access to washrooms is very limited. 
  • There will be no singing. Holy Water, bulletins and hymnals are not available. 
  • There will be no Collection.  A basket is available for those wishing to make a donation. 
  • Communicants are required to wear a mask. Reception of Holy Communion will be in the hand only at this time. Please view this link on how to receive Holy Communion:
